The objective of Founders Grill is to maximise the income for both the business and the franchisee.
How much will it cost?

Franchise Fee: +/- R 150 000 Excluding VAT
Franchise Deposit: +/- R 75 000 Excluding VAT

Once the franchise agreement has been signed, a deposit of R75000 will be required to secure a requested site. This deposit is 50% of the Franchise fee which is R150 000. It secures the rights to operate a franchise, using the Founders Grill trademarks and business systems.

Furthermore, a monthly management services fee is usually calculated at 5% of turnover.The management service fee covers the cost of providing ongoing support services whilst the marketing fees of 2% of turnover will be paid into a separate bank account and used to fund marketing and promotional activity for the benefit of the brand as a whole.

Minimum Total Investment: R 2 million
